WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?
A beautiful, sleep-based meditation,
perfect for all levels.
In Yoga Nidra you are gently guided through body awareness, breath techniques, and positive, loving intentions to help re-direct and change negative thought patterns. This meditation doesn't require you to do anything at all... and because this is a practice of 'being', and not 'doing' - you simply can't do it wrong!
All you need to do is lay down, get as comfortable as you possibly can, and let yourself be absorbed by the magic of the Nidra.
It is said that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of restorative sleep! Who wouldn't love that?!
The benefits of a Yoga Nidra practice include:
An increase in Vitality
Reduction in Stress, Anxiety & Panic
Lower Blood Pressure

Sound Therapy creates ripples of vibration...
You are literally being bathed in vibrational frequencies.
Sound Therapy is like getting a wonderful massage at the cellular level!

Sound therapy is wonderful on it's own, or may be combined with the peaceful practice of Yoga Nidra or Mindfulness Meditation.
