A little bit about meditation...

These are common excuses we give ourselves for not meditating:

I can't sit still.

I can't relax.

I don't have the time.

It makes me too tired.

I can't turn my brain off.

I can't sit the right way.

It's a waste of time because I fall asleep...

Everyone feels this way at one time or another. YOU'RE NOT ALONE!


Meditation of any kind is a work in progress - that's why it's called a "practice"!
