This peaceful practice requires no experience at all! Lie down, relax, and let the magic of Yoga Nidra and Sound do the rest! Leave feeling rested and refreshed. It's said that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra equals 3 hours of restorative sleep! It's the perfect guided nap! Customized Intention Setting, Essential Oils and various sound modalities will be used to create the perfect session for you!
A relaxing 30 or 45 minute meditation session done virtually in the comfort of your own home. (Full sound baths are not available virtually at this time.)
We will work on replacing negative energy with positive, healing, loving energy using sage, sweetgrass, sound and Intention setting.
