The Magic of Yoga Nidra

WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?

A beautiful, sleep-based meditation, 

perfect for all levels.

In Yoga Nidra you are gently guided through body awareness, breath techniques, and positive, loving intentions to help re-direct and change negative thought patterns. This meditation doesn't require you to do anything at all... and because this is a practice of 'being', and not 'doing' - you simply can't do it wrong!

All you need to do is lay down, get as comfortable as you possibly can, and let yourself be absorbed by the magic of the Nidra.

It is said that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of restorative sleep!  Who wouldn't love that?!

The Vibrational Therapy of Sound

WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?

The human body is basically a vibrational frequency entity, and each cell in your body puts out and accepts frequencies of sound. Your organs, tissues, etc. all vibrate at various frequencies of sound. 

Sound Therapy creates ripples of vibration...

You are literally being bathed in vibrational frequencies.

Sound Therapy is like getting a wonderful massage at the cellular level!
