A beautiful, sleep-based meditation,

In Yoga Nidra you are gently guided through body awareness, breath techniques, and positive, loving intentions to help re-direct and change negative thought patterns. This meditation doesn't require you to do anything at all... and because this is a practice of 'being', and not 'doing' - you simply can't do it wrong!
All you need to do is lay down, get as comfortable as you possibly can, and let yourself be absorbed by the magic of the Nidra.
It is said that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of restorative sleep! Who wouldn't love that?!
